LH42095-250 Negative High Temperature Regulator

LH42095-250 series of exact negative regulators are technically designed to use in high temperature and wide temperature range environments. The output voltage of these regulators will not change along with the input voltage,the load current and the temperature of the environment.These regulators will operate reliably in high case temperature 250℃ without external filter capacitance.The output voltage and output current of these regulators can both be regulated independently. These regulators require few peripheral components,and can be used expediently and simply in all kinds of negative power supply, specially in the electronic equipment operating in high temperature and wide temperature range environments.
