ZITN new developed 175℃ MWD tools just finished its first drilling operation in the oil well last week. It is performance well from 297-1330m in the well without any error. It is a gid process of ZITN.
The ZTMWD-48 system consists of a surface decoding system and downhole instruments. All circuits in the downhole instruments are manufactured using high-temperature Multi-Chip Module (MCM) technology, which enhances reliability and lifespan in high-temperature and high-vibration environments while reducing the instrument size. The directional probe integrates self-developed accelerometers and fluxgate sensors, combined with high-precision compensation and calibration algorithms, enabling accurate inclination and azimuth measurements across the full temperature range. Additionally, it supports rotary inclination and azimuth measurement, improving directional drilling efficiency.

LH42094-250 series of exact positive regulators are technically designed to use in high temperature and wide temperature range environments.
